Customer Case Study
Our client, M (*), sought our assistance in reorganizing their Learning & Development (L&D) activities. The project had two primary objectives:
First, we needed to create an international leadership development curriculum that would ensure a globally consistent level of key management and leadership competencies. This program would then be launched internationally in multiple languages.
Second, we were tasked with integrating existing programs with new initiatives for various target groups to create a unified and cohesive L&D and talent development offering.
Our Approach:
Working closely with the client, we developed a 12-month curriculum consisting of six modules, which were either designed by us or developed in partnership with other experts. This curriculum covered all three critical leadership levels: self, team, and organization.
To enhance the learning experience, we supported the curriculum with a virtual learning platform that facilitated on-the-job implementation through regular interactions with a coach and peer group exchanges.
- Within two years, over 200 managers across the APAC, Americas, and EMEA regions successfully completed the curriculum, reporting high satisfaction.
- Additionally, topic-specific courses were added to the internal academy and integrated with other available courses, including those on LinkedIn Learning.
